I'm really hoping he develops into our future RG.

This is what I was thinking when we drafted him. It seems as though G would be a better fit for him than T.

He was already given Person's #68 FWTW.
McKivitz----------McGlinchey

Height: 6-7-----------6-8
Weight: 306 lbs----309 lbs
Hands: 10"-----------10"
Arm lenght: 33" 6/8----34"
Vertical: 26"------28" 1/2
Bench press: 20----24
Broad jump: 106"----105"

Maybe he can bust but I don´t see him as a future RG because he´ll play at LT or as a swing tackle.

Locks: Williams, Richburg, McGlinchey, Tomlinson, Brunskill

Strong Odds: Garland, McKivitz

Competition for the last 1-2 spots: Skule, Coleman, Compton, Brendal

PS Candidates: Amichia, Jones-Smith, Reynolds, Smith, Wester

Both Garland who has $1,137,500 of his base GTD, and McKivitz are locks IMO, they won't cut the player they drafted with the pick from the Breida trade.

Great point , AB

Well, we could use him a couple yrs first at OG...and then in 2 or 3 move him over to OT, whichever we need.

A lot of the draft "experts" thought he didn't have the footwork to be a OT in the NFL.
One of the best name for a cowboy or a detective TV series
i think this guy is our late round gem of the year. Peters, Shannahan, & Lynch are good at finding hidden talent
I don't see him starting at RG.

Brunskill will get it.

However, in a year, LG may be opening up?

I hope not. I'm on the Laken train, and he wont break the bank either.

McKivitz-----Brunskill

Height 6-7-----6-5
weight: 306 lbs-----300 lbs
hands: 10"-----9 7/8"
arm length: 33 6/8"----33 7/8"
Vert: 26"----28"
Bench: 20----17
Broad Jump: 106"----106"

I don't see why he couldn't play guard if you're just bringing up measurables (FWIW Person's measurables are very similar as well)

Yup, plus the new CBA has basically added a extra roster spot for a lineman. I'm guessing we keep 9 guys.

Just happy to see some serious candidates for the OL jobs!
