So basically Lynch is telling him to want to take just a little more from Pitt and play with Russ and Justin?

Not sure what you mean right there, are you saying Lynch is telling Aiyuk in so many words "hey, you really wanna play with Wilson or Fields for just a little more when Brock's a hell of a lot better, so it's really not worth it"?

Yes that's exactly what he's saying to BA. Brock brings out the best in you. Russ is almost done, and Fields can't see a whole field and hit the side of a barn.
Why not offer $26 Million but have incentives where he could make up to $30 Million? Like all-pro, 10+ TD's, 1300+ yards, SB appeaeancw, SB win. etc. Have each incentive be like an extra $400 000 he can make. I think all contracts should be like that. I am sick of players having a breakout season in a contract year and then get abit lazy once they get that extension.

I'd offer him $30M if he promised never to use social media again.

I'd be for that approach. As long as the team doesn't exceed 28 million per I'm okay with it.
I assume the last Hurdle is something to do with guarantees or incentives. Normally those are the last things to iron out.
