i dunno, Judon might be hard to sign as well. Cle for Cooper and a 2nd would be better in my opinion.

Judon hasn't been practicing anyway, because of his contract demands.

multiple reports say he has been on and off at practice over his contract....he was out a day...then returned to practice...today he was walking around the field carrying his pads.....

So while he might be disgruntled....it is not a BA level sit out.

This is weird since he reduced his contract last year....wierd to give up money, get hurt...then get gabby about your contract....strange behavior...

My guess is that this is the last step before they cease negotiations and force him to play on the fifth year option. I don't think Aiyuk would want to go to Cleveland (fringe playoff team, crappy city) or New England (crappy team, good city - Boston).

My guess is that if he is traded, he'll go with NE. Players tend to sign with team that plays their old team in the upcoming regular season.

Can we just bump the contract up to 28M per with fluff to make it look like 30 and get this damn thing done there's no way Aiyuk wants to go to Cleveland or NE come on
Judon + 2nd

Cooper + 2nd

1st & 3rd round picks

Those are the 3 options. Nothing less. Get out of her if it's less.

Cleveland is better than NE who has a rookie QB and a new coach. Neither is as good an option as staying in SF and signing for $26 million unless they're offering 5 years for $30 mil or more guaranteed. In the end he'll be wishing he stayed with the Niners if they go on to win a SB.

with the hype surrounding the new WRs, it would be hard for me to turn down Judon and a Second....especially if it made the math look easier to keep more people into the future.

Step 1 for the 49ers gotta be...what does Judon want, and can they make the money work.

Judon is the real deal....he is a pass rushing LB who plays standing up and with his hand in the dirt, mostly rushes but can drop in coverage too.....

I would really....realllllly want that guy if they can make the money work.
Vegas just posted their odds. Looks pretty clear he is being traded to NE or Cleveland. Odds of staying in SF very bad.

Maybe this is finally the incentive we needed to winning a super bowl. Ultimate revenge against a very greedy and low class guy in Ayiuk 😊
One thing that nobody has mentioned...but with Kraft in New England, and Watson in Cleveland...either way there is someone who can really get Aiyuk the hook up on some "massages"! That might be more important to him than winning a championship now, too!
ESPN smoking crack if they think Rams have better roster without Aiyuk. Aiyuk not even top 3 most valuable player on our offense. Arguably not even top 5

Yeah I would take that deal and hope Pearsall is pretty good. You got to extend Judon long term then too.

Jeremy Fowler in that report said Amon Ra St. Brown is the benchmark and that his goal is to beat that, not that he wants the same deal as ASB. Also, that report is 2 months old. Things have changed since then.

"If you can't afford the Lamborghini, you can't have the Lamborghini" is all that needed to be said to describe what BA wants.

Who knows what beat that means. He could want a higher APY which means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of what matters in a contract. I'll bet that ASB deal is right on part with what he asked for.

Vegas always making money, bet on SF on this one

BA should drop $1M on staying and then sign with 49ers

I thought professional athletes aren't suppose to gamble?
