kind of tick tacky of the cops but whatever.

He shouldnt have done it.

I do wonder how they will prove that it was him though.

He did issue a vague apology, and the video was posted to his social media account. I think there'd be more of an issue verifying his actual speed.

Either way, I'd bet he'll plead no contest. Get a small fine and have his license suspended.

a good lawyer should be able to make the prosecutor prove it was him.
How did they get 100% attendance in OTAs without this foo there?

all of that was accounted for and part of long process to get the charge. The warrant was placed due to him not being in town

That's not the reason, lol.

No I'm most certainly not. Why don't you look up California Penal Code 836 (warrantless arrests).

how does that help you or make what i said untrue

With specific exceptions* (Aiyuk's offense does not qualify) an officer cannot arrest a person for a misdemeanor charge in CA without a warrant, unless the crime happened in their presence. This is detailed in PC836.

This is so sad. What we're witnessing is a slow trainwreck. There's gonna be a 30 for 30 him detailing how he went broke. It'll be too hard for me to watch.

i didn't mention any arrest before the warrant. the news today about the warrant is due to him being gone

I posted vaguely in early March i knew this was going to happen because i knew they were looking for him
Damn dude so out of control he's "speeding" on a race track 😂

Here's what you said:

'The warrant was placed due to him not being in town'

Absolutely nobody mentioned a nonexistent arrest before the warrant. The warrant has nothing to do with him being out of town. The news of the warrant isn't because he's out of town. They cannot arrest him for this charge whether he's here or in another state/country without a warrant, because it didn't happen in the presence of law enforcement. That's the law.

They weren't looking for him. They were building a case (to establish probable cause - the standard of evidence required for arrest/indictment) just like you said in the other part of your post:

'all of that was accounted for and part of long process to get the charge.'

ok. poorly worded by me.. but I meant the news of the warrant.. and the "long process" was how long it's been since they we're looking for him
