At first I thought this was a new speeding incident, no it's just the same one from the end of last year. Clearly trying to draw some kind of attention, obviously the wrong kind. He's not doing stuff like this just for the pure joyriding factor.
49ers should have issued a warrant for his arrest for missing rehab sessions. A lot of this bad blood could have been avoided if we had just sent the police after him sooner.

FYI, that's not the way this works. He would have already had to have been arrested for him to fail to appear… and that would be a bench warrant for failing to appear, lol.

This is just the conclusion of a criminal investigation and they've decided to charge him.

Oh woops! Probably just the "ignored law enforcement" (the DA) part. Of course I guess there is the potential that Brandon was fully cooperative with the investigation and they decided to charge him....lol
What's next for this fool?
Guns and hostages when they come to arrest his ass?

He's probably going to drag his girl down the stairs by her hair and get a domestic abuse charge, she will end up taking all the remaining cash. Was meant to be.

Pretty sad that you think you have a point here, but on the plus side you clearly have no personal or professional experience in this context, and that's probably a good thing. Always helpful to understand the rights afforded to citizens including yourself, however.

If someone is willing to disobey traffic laws, there's no telling what heinous acts they're capable of.
I don't know all the legal ramifications but Aiyuk is making the 49ers case to void having to pay him. If he has any family and friends they need to do something about his behavior before it spirals out of control.

They won't have to pay him, because they will release him. They can recoup a small amount of the money they already paid him potentially.

can't believe HERM couldn't get Lynch the total report on YUCK's mentality coming out of college when Herm is the godfather to Lynch's kid.

YUCK a waste... wasted talent.. He could have been as good as AB.

I'd be surprised if family/friends/former teammates haven't reached out. On the surface it doesn't seem like he gives a s**t but none of us know for sure what's going on

kind of tick tacky of the cops but whatever.

He shouldnt have done it.

I do wonder how they will prove that it was him though.
And a few hours ago, he posted a video of him at a racetrack. Odd fella

To be fair, that's a good thing. Want to test out your car, do it on a closed track and not a city street where other people and their property are at risk.

He did issue a vague apology, and the video was posted to his social media account. I think there'd be more of an issue verifying his actual speed.

Either way, I'd bet he'll plead no contest. Get a small fine and have his license suspended.
