I think he's acting like a person with mental health problems and depression. It's possible he has stages of CTE, depression etc. he's always seemed a little insecure too, which that doesn't help when coupled with all these things.

I think this is a clear case of Ill mental health and that's sad. This is when having people who love and care about need to communicate and be there for you, hopefully he has that.

lol def not. If that was the case, there's way easier and better routes of going to accomplish that. lol you don't have to tarnish your reputation, burn all the bridges, sacrifice millions etc - he could literally just retire. Lol

It was a minor misunderstanding and we take full responsibility. Brandon will 100% be ready for training camp.

Something so simple like that at the very beginning could have gone a long way. Instead we got some fine quotes on his social media accounts:

look at my watch, look at my clothes, look at my chain, look at my purse

and

ye not on my level ima boss or whatever crap he said recently

I don't know who his agent is but I agree this has been handled poorly. If he wanted to be traded this wasn't the way to show other teams he was willing to put in the work. Staying incommunicado is the worst thing an athete can do for his future. It invites all kinds speculation as to why he's acting like he is.

If he's having a drug problem or has mental issues then just come out with it. Fans and teams will understand because it's happened to many athletes in the past. Get the help you need. If he doesn't want to play anymore then just say so.

It could be mental illness or depression but this just seems like a big fu to the 49ers, until there's good evidence outside of him throwing away millions I don't have any sympathy for Aiyuk behavior. Aldon legitimately was a drunk that couldn't stay out of trouble but still was willing to play even when his QB took his girl

What's funny about this, to me, is that the top of my YouTube algorithm showed me a. A video by Lombardi that said "BA is meeting with team today". Lol I was like progress?! Then I quickly noticed

The guy that ran his fan site told us long ago that BA got his money grab and has quit on the team and I assumed that could have meant football too. Dude took Jed's money and ran and meanwhile JJ could have been paid instead. A big FU to the team indeed
