Keep AB and play his ass, make him quit entirely or play for us.
Keep him on the roster until he finishes the contract.

put him at running back give him runs up the gut until his spirit is broken. lol
I'm joking. I do think we should hold onto him until the very last minute we have to, before we become obligated to pay him.put him in the worst position possible, like he did us. what goes around, comes around. He potentially ruined an all pro career. instead of making mega millions right now, he'll make way less and possibly never make a ton of money again.
if he's having mental health issues, I hope he gets the help he needs. this whole thing has been so bizarre.

Is he trying to help him or hurt him? lol
This has been stupid of TJ.
Even if Aiyuk is in the wrong with the team (or if he fired/ghosted TJ), you don't throw your former player client under the bus.
Other established WRs might not work with TJ if he's going to be doing the media rounds, if they also have a falling out with him.
Are you deliberately trying to be obtuse? It's not about whose fault it is. It's about covering your own ass and moving forward (for TJ).
TJ was Aiyuk's recieving coach/trainer. Aiyuk is a great reciever. So if TJ had a small, or big part, in making Aiyuk into a great reciever....TJ still looks good on that end.
TJ was his recieving coach... not his psychologist. If TJ was responsible for mentally molding Aiyuk, then he would look bad at that job... so why should TJ go out of his way to bring attention to Aiyuk's personality/character? When he had nothing to do with that? And it's not positive.
Whosyomomma just comes off bitter as an ex-trainer. Not thinking long term, and of future clients.

The way he played last year, I thought he retired last offseason.

No. If he doesn't want to be here, we won't keep him. I think we will keep him for now and see if any teams trade for him. If not, we will release him late in this offseason. Kind of a punishment so he won't be able to join a team early in FA to get good money and will miss a big portion of the offseason training with the new team.

The 49ers should do him no favors. Consider that bridge burned.

Put him on practice squad and have him run slant routes at mustapha all day. Will help Mustapha improve his coverage skills and have a little fun laying the smack down

Why not just keep him on the "left the team" list for the rest of his life, with no parole?

So if all of a sudden he decides to show up you just pay him at per the current contract? That would be overpaying him. What if he practice for a few days and got injured? Now you are stuck with an injury settlement.
