Very true, but Aiyuk is younger and hasn't hit his prime so hes got that going for him at least. When did his injury occur though, I forgot lol...

I was pretty confident that Aiyuk wouldn't be traded, but now not so much. That April bonus is gonna make Lynch and Shanahan think real hard on what to do with Aiyuk. They got one week to figure this out and whether to commit to Aiyuk, if traded I see a 4th round pick coming our way.

Yup. Bad teams are swimming in cap space because no one is worth resigning. Aiyuk in that last combo looks good though. Just gotta ride the storm of this offseason.

I would be ok trading him. I worry that he will never come back 100% and be a top tier receiver he is being paid for.

There are quite a few decent veteran receivers available that could probably be had for relatively cheap. I wouldn't mind Keenan Allen or Tyler Lockett.

I think it's a possibility and aside money his health is the deciding factor. I would imagine the team has more insight to his recovery than anyone else. If they have any doubts I would move on. I feel like he will miss half a season and spend the second half reacclimating regardless so I understand why this is even a topic.

Yup. Boy JJ was coming on and I don't think he's getting the attention he deserves. And with the other two yucks out of the way he knows he can shine. I can't wait to see him and I wish they would lock him up. Isn't he a FA next season?

Ricky, just some more time. George, maybe another WR in the draft. I think we will be good.

Losing Aiyuk is big. Losing Deebo...ironically COULD make us better. Deebo was still a good player so I don't want to dismiss him as an afterthought but for the 49ers he wasn't playing up to his talent level and Kyle being so in love with the guy IMO impacted our game plans and put too much on Deebo.

I think schematically we're going to be better without Deebo and I pray for a speedy recovery for BA and if he's traded we will need a WR1. I think JJ, Pearsall, Robinson - with Kittle and CMC can certainly keep the offense playing well but without a legit WR1 it will never be at its best version.

I would trade Aiyuk for a kicking tee if offered. The money, the injury & mostly the attitude. No thx. WR's are a dime-a-dozen these days.
