I just asked my magic 8 ball, and after shaking it, it said "reply hazy, try again".
NOT EVEN THE GREAT MAGIC 8 BALL KNOWS. We are doomed!

- 61st-Overall - DL Drake Jackson, USC
- 93rd-Overall - RB Tyrion Davis-Price, LSU
- 105th-Overall - WR Danny Gray, SMU
- 134th-Overall - OL Spencer Burford, UTSA
- 172nd-Overall - CB Samuel Womack, Toledo
- 187th-Overall - OL Nick Zakelj, Fordham
- 220th-Overall - DL Kalia Davis, UCF
- 221st-Overall - DB Tariq Castro-Fields, Penn State
- 262nd-Overall - QB Brock Purdy, Iowa State
Obviously Purdy is the saving grace but aside from that, pretty much nothing.
I'll take a nothing burger for the rest of the draft, if they get a FQB out of it.
but yeah it was a bad one outside of Brock.
If you get one big hit in a draft thats a huge win, even if the rest of the picks are busts.
Lynch has a big hit in every draft so far.
17- Kittle
18- Warner
19- Bosa
19- Deebo
19- Wish
20- Aiyuk
21- Hufanga
22- Purdy
23- Brown?

Who said he doesn't want to play? He just doesn't want to play on the 5th yr option & wants to make what the market is saying he's worth…how hard is that to grasp?

I think it's too late not to have some impact on this season. Even if signed in a hour. Trent too.
I hope this isn't a bizarro year. Things feel off.

He's turned into one of the best P in the league the past 2 years now. Wasn't a fan of his early on, but he's definitely turned it around.

"Big Hit?" If he was one of the best in the league he'd have at least a pro bowl or all pro, you would think. That's the difference in his list, the rest of them do, minus Brown of course

Huh? Not me. No need to get offended and take it personal, just a difference of opinion, I just wouldn't categorize Wish as a "big hit"
I am the person that said it was stupid to use a 4th round pick on a punter. Even a 3rd round pick on a kicker. I'll always feel that way; doesn't mean I "hate" the player, more so hate the allocation of resources and wastes of valuable draft picks when Kickers and Punters are historically proven to be found easily undrafted. 7th round I wouldn't be mad either

Says who and by what metric? Usually the best players at their positions get selected to pro bowls and all pro teams. Mitch was a pro bowl alternate once; why if he's the best?
Hey, to each their own. If you think he's one of the best that's fine. I don't and I definitely do not consider him a "big hit"

Nvm mistook you for someone else, my b
I've always looked at mid/late round picks as a crap shoot. So if you take a K, P, and they become good, it's a win.
Basically if every 10 years you spend a mid round pick on a STs guy, that's not bad at all.

For this regime the first 3 rounds is the crap shoot and the mid/late round picks is the money rounds lol

Whatever works.
In the end, 7 years later we still have one of the best all around rosters.
Once we got on a spree of bad drafts and we turn into a .500 team, I'll be the one of the first to complain.
