The history of this team is so rich, you could put a few HOF at backups and it would be ok

Probably so. I always start thinking of our history when we reach these peaks and I hope others will enjoy thinking about it too.

You aren't going to get this squad under the salary cap!

But we are watching a classic defence with an excellent line and backers. And you don't tick the box for a single one of them. This can't be right. I am not convinced that Stubby should be in there and I am sure that Sherman should.

Offensive Coordinator Kyle Shanahan. My second choice would be Mike Holmgren or Mike Shanahan.

I think Sherman and Dean were great. But their best years were with other and just didn't have as full of careers in SF for me to put them ahead of the guys I had
