This is for a chance to go to the super bowl, you best bet that every dude on both these rosters will be taped, glued, wired and stitched up and ready to go, injured or not. Every player will be leaving everything they got on the field this week.

I don't think anyone assumes a cut is gonna make a guy inactive...tie in his hammy issues with stiches on his ankle, he's not gonna be 100%. I'll take whatever to help SF have any sort of advantage during the playoffs

nobody here thinks diggs or thielen wont play, what most is saying they can be affected and wont be 100%. Like im sure a cut ankle with stitches wont feel comfortable

Could you put some glue on it to help it stay together

So much this. Stitches for a cut ... seriously? I suppose Garnett would have been carted off for that , but any other football player would just laugh that off. Kittle has been playing with a bone shaved off bone in his ankle for the last half the year. Rub some dirt on it and make an appointment with Dr. Feelgood, and strap it on.

Lol, oh yes, definitely take any advantage, I'm not
Speaking of Thielen particularly, I just me overall on all the rosters. These media guys are just baiting for clicks trying to create some kind of storyline for themselves. It's all just BS. Just like Cohn trying to stir the pot with Kwon.

I'm not really believing too much at all, I'll just witness Niner domination on Saturday like the rest of the world
I can see Spoon giving up a TD slipping on Theilen's blood gushing out from his ankle. Advantage Vikes

IDK but I have a friend that's wife has threatened to superglue his twig to his leg when he's sleeping if he ever cheats on her while saying "believe me it works good" whatever that means, Lol.

for you viking fans in here do you know if the vikings are leaving for the bay today?

Flying out on Friday.

In the past the niners have struggled doing the midwest time thing when we go to minnesota every time. i will assume since the game is saturday afternoon thats a non factor in terms of a negative for the vikings

Stitches needed on an ankle?

How does that happen in a practice?

"Oh, who left these sharp knives laying around??? Someone's going to cut themselves!!"

Cleats?

I was thinking "sharks with lasers" but I guess we will never know which one of us is right.

Glad it wasn't a career ending cut, he's been a cool story.

It is a standard prime time game for them...historically it doesn't hurt players to start later, only earlier. It isn't like in Hockey where you go the west coast and then have a 8pm start so guys are playing at what feels like midnight.
