Those are absolutely hideous uniforms. The 49ers wear GOLD + RED. They won tons of times under Montana with those. It's not why they won in 94. Not because of those ugly white uniforms. They won because they were good. They look so much better in GOLD + RED plus SHINY GOLD helmets. You take the killer look we have and stick with it. Don't try to make it look worse. That's the worst looking uniform we ever won with.....

Twenty years ago that sort of thing might have gotten laughs but I think we've moved beyond insults regarding gender... or maybe we haven't.

Just looked, the NFC has worn home jerseys in 5 consecutive years. Seahawks wore navy in 49, Panthers wore black in 50, Falcons wore red in 51, Eagles wore green in 52, and the Rams wore blue in 53.

Home team gets choice on Uni's, then the road team picks their option.

Saints went with white at home this last week since they were rolling with those.
So Vikings went Purple - Purple which they hadn't done before.

This week I'm hopeful for white pants, but it might be white top, purple pants which we've done all this year when needing to wear white.

Essentially, the niners should expect 3 or 4 20+ yd plays and the Vikings should expect 2 or 3 20+ yd plays.
