These two need to swap I believe. Coleman was moved to RT in Cleveland because he couldn't hack it at all at LT. A better spot for him will be RT.

I have Nzeocha as the starting SAM LB

Here's my early 53:

QB:

Garoppolo
Mullens

RB:

Jet
Coleman
Breida
Mostert

FB:

Juice

WR:

Pettis
Goodwin
Draftee
Taylor
Matthews
James

TE:

Kittle
Celek

OL:

Richburg
Staley
McGlinchey
Person
Tomlinson
Coleman
Magnuson
Draftee or Garnett

DL:

Ford
Draftee
Buckner
AA
Thomas
Jones
Day
Street
Taylor
Blair

LB:

Alexander
Warner
Nzeocha
Lee
Mayo
Draftee or Smith

DB:

Sherman
Witherspoon
Verrett
Moore
Reed
Williams
Ward
Colbert
Tartt
Harris
Draftee

ST:

Gould
Vogel
Holba

I have Nzeocha and Mayo as locks, as both have base salary GTDs this year, while Smith has none. I could see Williams cut/traded if Verrett/Reed or someone proves better.

I'd draft a FS, and maybe a CB, so that may make one of the other DBs expendable.

Watson is cut, same for Exum, he only got $50K GTD on a minimum salary deal.

Trying to figure out the player you're missing, can't seem to figure it out.

Also great news for me, I'm attending the Week 10 MNF Seattle game at Levi's Stadium, have a ticket secured.

For sure. I'm down in SD. I got the family up to L.A. for the Chargers game last year. That was a blast.

SS: 29 Jaquiski Tartt(2020), 36 Marcell Harris(2021), 38 Antone Exum Jr.(2019), 49 Tyree Robinson(2019)

SPECIAL TEAMS:
PK: 9 Robbie Gould(2019), 2 Jonathan Brown(2020)
P: 5 Justin Vogel(2019)
LS: 86 Kyle Nelson(2022), 40 Colin Holba(2019)

Roster Breakdown:

Quarterbacks:
Locks: 10 Jimmy Garoppolo(2022), 4 Nick Mullens(2019)
Close Locks: 3 C.J. Beathard(2020)
Fighting: N/A
Longshots: N/A

Analysis: Garoppolo is the clear cut starter, making $17.2M in base salary, now all fully GTD, while Mullens is the clear cut #2 QB. Beathard, the only other QB signed, is a close lock, and would be the #3 if they keep 3 QBs, both years under Kyle Shanahan, he's kept 2 QBs to begin the season, but this could be the year they keep 3 with Garoppolo coming off a torn ACL.

Running Backs:
Locks: 28 Jerick McKinnon(2021), 22 Matt Breida(2019), 26 Tevin Coleman(2020), 31 Raheem Mostert(2021), 44 Kyle Juszcyzk(2020)
Close Locks: N/A
Fighting: N/A
Longshots: 41 Jeff Wilson Jr.(2019), 43 Matt Dayes(2019)

Analysis: No question to me, Jet, whose $3.7M base salary is now fully GTD, Breida, Coleman, Mostert, and Juszyzck are all locks for the 2019 season, I don't see the team dealing Jet or Breida, better to have 4 backs who can contribute than to have potential in season issues. Wilson and Dayes are longshots, with both having a shot at the practice squad.

Wide Receivers:
Locks: 18 Dante Pettis(2021), 11 Marquise Goodwin(2021), 15 Trent Taylor(2020), 81 Jordan Matthews(2019)
Close Locks: N/A
Fighting: 13 Richie James Jr.(2021), 84 Kendrick Bourne(2019)
Longshots: 19 Steven Dunbar Jr.(2019), 14 Max McCaffrey(2019), 17 Jordan Smallwood(2020)

Analysis: Pettis, Goodwin, whose $2.95M base salary is now fully GTD, Taylor, and Matthews are my 4 locks at the moment. James and Bourne are fighting for roster spots, it seems like a given that the 49ers will add a WR in the draft, so one of these WRs will be the odd man out, as I don't see them keeping 7 WRs. Dunbar, McCaffrey, and Smallwood are longshots, but with a chance to make the practice squad.

Tight Ends:
Locks: 85 George Kittle(2020)
Close Locks: 88 Garrett Celek(2019)
Fighting: 82 Ross Dwelley(2019)
Longshots: 83 Marcus Lucas(2020)

Analysis: Kittle is the only certainty, while Celek is a close lock, but his $2.7M salary is Non-GTD. Dwelley would be the 3rd TE if they were to keep 3. Lucas is a longshot.

Offensive Lineman:
Locks: 58 Weston Richburg(2022), 74 Joe Staley(2019), 69 Mike McGlinchey(2021), 75 Laken Tomlinson(2021), 68 Mike Person(2021)
Close Locks: 62 Erik Magnuson(2019), 78 Shon Coleman(2019)
Fighting: 65 Joshua Garnett(2019), 63 Ben Garland(2019)
Longshots: 60 Daniel Brunskill(2019), 64 Christian DiLauro(2020), 66 Najee Toran(2020)

Analysis: No real change here, Richburg's $5.5M salary became GTD on April 1, while McGlinchey, Tomlinson, and Person's salaries are already GTD as well. Staley's isn't, but he's one of the best, and most underpaid LTs in the NFL. Magnuson, and Coleman are close locks, but it's possible they could add a pick or 2 to compete with these 2 for backup spots. Garland, and Garnett are fighting for roster spots, possibly against each others. While, Toran, Brunskill, and DiLauro are longshots, and likely fighting for practice squad spots.

Defensive Lineman:
Locks: 55 Dee Ford(2023), 91 Arik Armstead(2019), 99 DeForest Buckner(2020), 94 Solomon Thomas(2020), 93 D.J. Jones(2020)
Close Locks: 95 Kentavius Street(2021), 98 Ronald Blair III(2019), 96 Sheldon Day(2019)
Fighting: 77 Jullian Taylor(2021)
Longshots: 61 Cedric Thornton(2019), 71 Kapron Lewis-Moore(2020), 92 Ryan Delaire(2020)

Analysis: Ford, Armstead, Buckner, whose 5th-year option will be picked up at a $12.378M amount, Thomas, and Jones are locks for the final 53. Street, Blair, and Day are close locks. Street is the closest to being a lock IMO. Blair is a backup at the LEO DE spot, while Day can play DT or NT. Taylor would make the roster IMO if they keep 10 DL, and draft one, he has a ton of potential. Thornton, Lewis-Moore, and Delaire are longshots.

Linebackers:
Locks: 56 Kwon Alexander(2022), 54 Fred Warner(2021), 53 Mark Nzeocha(2021), 47 Elijah Lee(2019), 59 David Mayo(2020)
Close Locks: 51 Malcolm Smith(2019)
Fighting: 97 Dekoda Watson(2019)
Longshots: 57 James Onwualu(2019), 50 Pita Taumoepenu(2020)

Analysis: Kwon, Warner, Nzeocha, who has $750K of his $1.1M base salary fully GTD, Mayo, whose $850K base salary is GTD, and Lee are the locks. Smith redid his deal, eliminating his 2020 and 2021 contract years, and lowering his base salary from $3.95M to $1.25M, while also lowering his per game roster bonus, and eliminating his workout bonus, and if the team keeps 6 LBs, and don't draft one, he's the closest locks. While Watson is fighting for a roster spot, and could make it as a backup LEO or SAM LB'er. Onwualu, and Taumoepenu are longshots, with their best shot being the practice squad.

Defensive Backs:
Locks: 25 Richard Sherman(2020), 34 Jason Verrett(2019), 23 Ahkello Witherspoon(2020), 32 D.J. Reed Jr.(2021), 33 Tarvarius Moore(2021), 20 Jimmie Ward(2019), 29 Jaquiski Tartt(2020)
Close Locks: 24 K'Waun Williams(2020), 27 Adrian Colbert(2020), 36 Marcell Harris(2021)
Fighting: 38 Antone Exum Jr.(2019)
Longshots: 45 Tarvarus McFadden(2020), 41 Emmanuel Moseley(2019), 6 Terrell Williams Jr.(2020), 35 Godwin Igwebuike(2019), 49 Tyree Robinson(2019), 30 Greg Mabin(2019)

Analysis: Sherman, Verrett, Witherspoon, Reed, Moore, Ward, and Tartt are my locks right now. Williams is a close lock, and would be a lock if the team passes on a CB in the draft. Colbert and Harris are also close locks, and I expect the team to add a FS in the draft. Exum is fighting for a roster spot. McFadden, Moseley, Williams, Igwebuike, Robinson, and Mabin are longshots.

Special Teams:
Locks: 9 Robbie Gould(2019), 40 Colin Holba(2019)
Close Locks: N/A
Fighting: 5 Justin Vogel(2019)
Longshots: 2 Jonathan Brown(2020)
Other(Suspended): 86 Kyle Nelson(2022)

Analysis: Gould is the teams Kicker, while Holba will start out as the LS, while Nelson serves his suspension. Vogel should be the P right now, and they should bring in someone to compete with him. Brown is a longshot. Nelson is suspended for the first 6 weeks, and they have a contingency in case they want to move on, he has no GTD money until after his suspension is lifted when he has $450K of his base salary GTD 3 days after suspension is lifted, and a $450K roster bonus due 3 days after suspension if lifted.
