He's earned his spot amongst the 49er legends. I hope he can sustain this for at least a few more seasons. Such a joy to watch him
this kid is something else.

let's no forget he was on his way to being SB MVP as a rookie. Hope he gets a chance again this year.

Froze two players with one fake. It's because DBs are scared of him, #23 braced himself and then one juke gets it done.
Literally the best player in football, MVP or not.
He's one of the best players in the NFL. Just an unbelievable talent.
This was one of the greatest performances in the history of this storied franchise.

Wow. What. A. Shocker. Who would have thought the 49ers seeking extension for Samuel. It should be obvious by now just how important he is on the field. Not just his production, but his mentality and approach to the game. He is the identity of the 49ers offense right now. Kyle Shanahan's genius is in finding ways to get him involve in games.

IIt's fine if he keeps playing like he does this year. But I have a feeling that's not what's going to happen. First he'll get a groin pull and miss a few games then he won't be running so hard and will be brought down by arm tackles. Then he might not try and reach so far for those balls over the middle. In other words he's got two years of ride on his five-year contract and doesn't have to play hard until 2024. I can skip that scenario very easily thank you

Does not running hard sound like Deebo? My fear was that I thought Aiyuk would blow up more with Lance as QB. But Deebo has come on so strong that there's no way he's going to not be featured in every game plan going forward. I think Joe Staley did a great explanation of Deebo learning how to become a pro, learning the right weight to play at, get his nutrition in order, etc. And Deebo is a guy that desires to play at a high level, is sold out for the team, etc. I have no worries about him.

NNot trying to the Debbie Downer but how many people thought about Warner that way last year that dude definitely stepped off the gas in 2021

So you still wanna wait?

One of the interviews, he said it was an ankle. But he said he'll be ok. We shall see.
He's insane. I can understand if we have less snaps at RB next season to protect Deebo from taking too many carries... but man...
The idea of giving Shanahan an entire offseason to tailor the offense more to Deebo at RB.

Something Shanahan brought up as well: The 49ers move Deebo around A LOT and people give the coaching staff it's kudos for that, but he reminded people that it's impressive that Deebo keeps up with all of the assignments they give him. The man is sooooooooo good at what he does.

Absolutely. He's just beginning to touch that talent. Hasn't thrown enough passes in my opinion.
Even Aikman loves this dude, which is a nice departure from his criticism of Boldin a few years back.

$25m per year. He's worth it. Lock him up.
What a gusty performance. Thank you, Deebo!
