Been pretty decent overall. Sometimes you will need to refresh or change feeds but it was pretty reliable last season.

NFL Sunday ticket is worth it. Having to deal with Direct TV and it's ever escalating bill for garbage programming and horrible customer service the rest of the year is not. Ive been a customer for 10 years now and ive officially had enough. NFL Sunday ticket should be it's own entity and you should be able to buy it with any or no programming. Having to sign a contract with a satellite company you're not going to watch for the rest of the year is crap.

Only if you live in a place that does not allow a dish.

I have PlayStation Vu and an IP blocker where you can change your IP address to a San Jose IP allowing you to get bay area networks from anywhere. I've watched Giants games and it worked there, not sure if it will work for 49er games or not. Of course, you still pay for the Playstation subscription and I have lousy internet where I live so there's that too. I still buy Directv out of addiction and desperation too.
I have a friend who calls Directv every year in the summer to cancel and they always throw in free Sunday Ticket to persuade him to stay. which is his whole scheme)
If you don't mind the hour or more you have to stay on the phone with them it's worth it I guess. My wife called to cancel it out of frustration over ever-rising costs and they gave us a lowered monthly deal plus HBO for life and free Sunday Ticket for this season.

That's if you want to watch the game on your TV.... if you don't want to mess with the firestick just use your laptop/desktop and go to the reddit url in your usual browser and watch the game! I Not sure if reddit will work on a smartphone...

I've had NFL Sunday Ticket ever since it started. It is the only way I can be sure I will be able to see all Niner games live since I now live in Oregon. Monday, Thursday and Sunday night games are always shown but regular Sunday games are split between Seahawks and Niners up here. All the other services offer either delayed games or selected games. I agree that Sunday Ticket is expensive but it is way cheaper than going to the games. I call them every year ( did it yesterday) and negotiate a better price. They don't want to lose customers so they will lower the price. By dropping the Red Zone portion and negotiating I was able to knock $34 a month of my bill. So I now pay $190 for the season. True I don't get Red Zone but I still can watch any game I want. I hope that someday they will do this like they do with movies where you pay for only the games you want. If they charged $10-$15 per game I'm sure they would get a lot more people buying in. That's what I'm paying now: about $12 per week and worth every penny.

was looking at the website earlier this morning and there wasn't any stipulation about that. it just said no satellite service necessary

Just wondering if anyone else has used this service? It says there's a deal for the full year. For $29.99 but then redirects you to the page for $49.99...
Thoughts or feedback? Thanks all

You can stream it to your phone but you need to sign up for their streaming services which run from $40 to $70 per month depending on which channels you get. There is no contract or cancellation fee. Not sure if you can get Sunday Ticket with the base streaming package or if you need to upgrade to one of the higher packages. The only way to get Sunday Ticket is by going thru Directv in one form or another. They still own exclusive rights. Any other service is either showing only certain games or showing them on a delayed basis. NFL Network shows them the next day without commercials if you don't mind watching games that you already know the result. There may be other services that are buying it from Directv but you pay one way or another.

Just looked. Says exclusions apply is what it said. I punched in my address (i live in a house where a dish can be installed) and it said I do not qualify because I can get the dish.

There's always something available out there. I've been streaming games for years. There was Justin TV, something called Homer TV IIRC, and a bunch of other ones through the years.
