It's just about always between the coach and qb. Jimmy has a much better looking face so I say him.

Yep, it's Jimmy. People don't mention York, Lynch, Shanny, or Staley when I'm out wearing 9er gear. They all mention Jimmy G.

The face of any football franchise should be the QB. Now that's not always the case but should be. There are exceptions. 5 years ago it was definitely Harbaugh for us. So things change. But any good team should have thier on field leader as the man.

I get the feeling Kyle is more comfortable coaching then being the "the face"

Agree. This is unusual, to have 3 guys as face of the franchise, but one could easily make a case for all 3. Which is fine, the more the merrier. Sigh, and i remember so well the postmortems after each game, carried on by tomsul. GAD, now THAT was bad.

Ill never forget the year i predicted Mcdermott would be drafted in the 7th round and replace the legend in camp. He ended up signing as an UDFA and replaced the legend. Everyone came with their pitch forks and torches for me just suggesting we would possibly replace him before it happened lol.
