Celek is the back up OT in emergencies, lets give CJ more than 1 second to throw.

The TE's can chip the EDGE rusher then go out for a dink and dunk 3-5 yard completion. We need baby steps. Three and outs will only tire the defense and no OL will only get CJ killed.

Playcalling won't change...he's going to continue to call deep multi move routs that force the QB to hold onto the ball with the worst Oline in the league.

With less time to throw due to poor pass pro, you don't want to put an additional slow, inline route runner (TE) on the field. Chip blocking also slows down how quickly routes develop. Putting more slow guys on the field reduces ability to separate. Bunching up the formation with more TE/FB also allows the defense to disguise blitzers - can't tell who is blitzing.

This would be absolutely against Kyle's past. He only showed 22 personnel 5 times last year. I'm not sure what it is this year, but it really hasn't be a huge part of Kyle's offense in the past.
