CJ isn't "floating" some of his passes. Those are called "touch" passes. We just haven't seen a 49er QB throw this way in a long, long time.

I agree, though if CJ continues to play well, it makes me wonder why Shanahan waited so long to bring in CJ.
Cause if you bring in a rookie qb, its tough to go back. Hoyer had some nice moments but this week has been so crazy that bringing CJ in was no surprise.
