To bad Cj is stunting the growth of all the players around him
They said Shanahan planned on simplifying the offense today. I think he planned on starting Beathard if Hoyer struggled.
At this point developing Beathard has to happen before we go into the draft. It will in fact slow the growth of the overall offense if Beathard can't utilize most of the playbook after a couple few weeks but we needed a QB change and need to see what we have in Beathard.
