not this season, unless Hoyer gets hurt. Hoyer showed he has a grasp on the offense and Beathard still has growing to do

I say the last 3 or 4 games of the year. Wouldn't mind an extended look before we go out and get a first rounder or spend 150 mill on cousins.

He is a career backup imo. I dont see the necessary arm strength to make all of the throws consistently in traffic.

IMO, he'll see some spot duty to develop him but won't be thrown to the wolves since he isn't ready.
