Ward should be sweating. Lorenzo Jerome is no joke.

What's ho him mean? Did he mean ho hum which is boring?

Yeah, meaning, he's always making interceptions so it's another ho-hum performance. LOL

Trenton Brown? Yeah, let's hope Garnett works out. Looks like he's slated to be our starting LG. Thomas got us Kerley, thank God. But yeah, overall, he was poor on the offensive side, no doubt!

Trent Brown was pure luck as a 7th rounder

FO's do luck out sometimes, indeed. Kilgore too. A few others that played on other teams. OL is a tough one esp. these days... takes years to develop now but I hear you.

Backpedal up the hill. Would throw my lunch from the vertigo view

It's the strength and conditioning coach's idea for the hill, not Shanahan.

Someone is going to trip take out a bunch of other players and we will end up with a bunch of players on IR.

Football is played on flat ground. Stick to that

All he does is intercept passes. He was an interception machine in college and had interceptions in the offseason games, interceptions in minicamp, the ball is naturally attracted to his hands, like that is where it belongs, his hands are its home.

And track races are run on flat surfaces yet I still ran a f**kload of hills in training.

That type of workout is amazing for improving conditioning and mental endurance, both of which this team has been lacking in the past few seasons.

No doubt...if you can back pedal up that thing imagine how much easier it will be to guard a wr.

Didn't singltary have a hill by the practice field? Jerry and Roger believed in running the hill, back in the day.
