If this team could stay healthy, we would of probably played in 4-5 superbowls at this point. Injuries have ravaged this team for years.

Just needs that 1 Superbowl Win to get rid of most of the haters.

NOT A HATER, but I just don't think we got a HC who can win us a Super Bowl...

But like I said, I'll be more than happy to take a season off this Forum if we WIN it all this year !!!

Don't say his name or he'll show up like the Candyman.

We better win then

I feel like ppl are black n white with Kyle, either people want to move on for him/don't think he has what it takes or ppl drool over him.

He has great games then not so good ones, yesterday he sucked in the first half, at the end there was a good play with George and it worked. It's the inconsistency of Kyle that bothers me. One game he can be fantastic. The next moment he brain farts.

I think he can win an SB if he doesn't short out and has that brain fart s**t going on.

Because you look at offensive success and failure as only being on Kyle. It's more nuanced than that.

Purdy was also off in first half. Credit to Denver for playing well.

Nick Sirianni and Bruce Arians both were HCs that won a SB in the last 10 years. I'm sure nobody would put those 2 ahead of Kyle.

You're definitely a hater lol

how about you pick your SB winning HC now, and take the year off if it doesn't happen

I was in this book. This year feels different though. This last game specifically.

Years prior I would have expected shanahan to try to air it out and purdy to be terrible vs the broncos. This last game even though the first half was ugly he never flashed the desperation that he has in the past resorting to putting purdy on an island or cute outside zone runs and gimmicks.

There was never the panic of years past.

The game plan was also run heavy. Even with purdy tearing it up. This was a huge surprise and showed preparation and knowing your opponent...

All of these traits have been missing in years past.

Now if we can make a half decent showing against Seattle and minimize turnovers, even if we lose. I will have a lot more faith that he can win a sb.

I don't know. Some of the calls yesterday in the first half bothered me, but I wouldn't call Kyle inconsistent. Kyle was having to operate with a hand tied behind his back due to the WR situation. Looking around the league from week-to-week, Kyle may be one of the most consistent coaches in the league. We almost always show up ready for a game, even if not everything works or if injuries limit what we can do.

Did he "suck" in the first half, or is there more to strategy than just emptying the clip on creative play calls?

Denver has one of the best DL's in the NFL, the WR room is decimated by injury, and Mike Evans is playing through broken ribs. The WR's were having issues separating yesterday and Mahomes, Stafford and Trevor Lawrence all struggled vs DEN's pass D. Perhaps the gameplan was to wear the Bronco's D down and attack later? Which they did, and hung up 24 points on them.

I thought there were definitely a few bad calls on offense that I was upset about myself, but My God this standard to call the perfect play on every single down has gotten ridiculous.

To piggyback on what you said we had just watched this Denver D win the game for the Broncos over the Rams. Limiting chances for them to do that is smart. His bad play call was the QB sneak on 4th and 1 but was really 2 that was real bad.

All of this.

No I don't, that's ridiculous and I am well aware Purdy had some off moments. Shanny makes bonehead decisions sometimes. And no, I don't expect him to be perfect but like sometimes it is like he lost his brain on a Wal-Mart shelf and can't find it.
