49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

If Mike Brown can finally win one as HC, so can Kyle!!

Stars gotta align......... please please please...
Yeah I saw the scar in his press conference going from the outside corner of his right eye back towards his temple. Looks pretty jagged and badass. Scarface it is. I noticed he changed his look going with the Burt Reynolds stache. I like it!
Looks great, sharp, tough guy! Impressive. I say keep the stache. Heal up and lock in for the Six
Is the Tesla ok ?
Shanny says yesterday that this accident didnt affect him much………..and Grant just said, Really? I was in that meeting you had with the reporters and you were crying in front of us. And now you are implicating Tesla after you told us not to do that before? I knew this was all a bunch of BS. From the start. Some of us have BS detectors and some of us don't.
Where did he blame Tesla? He said he thinks he may have inadvertently turned the auto-pilot off, but they don't know yet for sure because they don't have the data info yet. He also said regardless of that he was in the wrong for taking his eyes off the road.

As for it being minimal effects, this is a matter of context/scale. Compared to dying or being permanently injured, he's correct: it hasn't effected him too much in the big picture. On the scale or context of this month it has. Both statements can be correct depending on the context and scale being considered. In the recent press conference he was obviously talking in terms of the whole upcoming season and where he is currently at in regards to performing his job's most important duties.

The need by certain people to play "gotcha!" in order to hold onto their personal grudge and/or dislike of someone is a fascinating thing to observe.

I just think it's funny to see all the dullards scrambling now because they gleefully accept anything that's sold to them and now that story is changing. Who woulda thought?! 😂And it's not just a sport thing. A dullard that buys anything from a sports team usually lets that trait carry throughout their life. I can think of a large event that happened 6 years ago as the number 1 example. Some people have a critical eye and some people don't, for whatever reason.

Am I gloating? Yes I am. Cause it was so obvious to see coming.

What's changed, exactly? Aside from the incorrect entering of the report in the database that got corrected within a day I've seen nothing changing.

As for calling people "dullards" for not being obsessed with conspiracy theories... well, get over yourself. You're not as clever as you think you are, nor are you a superior human being like you think you are.

You don't know me so you don't know how clever I am. I have been right about damn near everything that has gone down with this team, cause most of it is just common sense. As society shows everyday year after year, common sense has been a dying trait. Not many people possess it anymore.
Harbaugh, kap, the Yorks, Kyle, this current team, the trajectory has been pretty obvious and it was obvious very early on that the Niners would never win a Super Bowl with Kyle. The day he was hired falcons fans were on here telling us Kyle just isn't a Super Bowl winning coach. And now we are at a decade with him and fans still thing, THIS IS THE YEAR!

It's all good cap, I'm here for the amusement and this world needs more entertainment.

His story for one. Grant caught him lying and called him out. Kyle's lack of integrity doesn't surface until he goes in front of reporters and gives a completely different rendition from his original story of what actually occured. The cover up backfired so of course he came forward. If Kyle hit a tree instead of another car I doubt anyone would've cared including the police

You're the leader of this team. Obviously, you're asking your players and your coaches to be responsible. Have you had to speak to that at all to them? Like, learn from what I did or don't make this mistake?

"Yeah, I mean, I didn't sit there and feel like I had to. I didn't have a ton of guilt over it or anything. The word's an accident and it truly was that way. You realize how quick and close that stuff can happen. When you're going at 20 miles an hour and you're on autopilot, I honestly have zero worries. I have so much trust in that stuff. That was a good lesson that you can't ever have zero worries. I think it definitely could be an example for a lot of people.

Seems so familiar with his whole tenure here in SF, just regarding game time decisions, player personnel decisions that have impacted the team in a big way at those moments. It's part of who he is. He doesn't realize, or care, how stuff like this comes off. I used a term for it before, but had to rephrase it.
