It might not have been seen by a lot of people. Accident reports commonly take 7-10+ days before they are generally available.
Someone in the media will go looking for the report in the next few days and we will hear more.

Facial and head cuts bleed a lot. Could have been a piece of glass or maybe he had a ring on his finger that his face hit on impact. If he wasntwearing a setbelt he could have been cited for that. I wonder if his airbag didn't inflate?

I've now heard more than one media person refer to Foerster as the interim head coach, that term is incorrect. That's not what it is. He's the acting head coach. It's a technicality, but it pisses me off these guys have no idea what the hell they're talking about if he was the interim HC that means Shanahan was fired.
Why are people thinking he wasn't wearing a seat belt? Without knowing the speed of impact it's hard to know. For all we know his broken ribs are because he *was* wearing his seat belt in a high speed, high impact collision.
