How many Super Bowls has Shanahan lost because he goes full retard in the 4th quarter and completely abandons what was working? (Not counting when he was coordinating the Falcons)

Nevermind some of the most braindead roster decisions, if he would just NOT overthink it we probably have two SB's.

Cohn is the perfect example of big mouth with nothing of substance behind it. He's perfect for guys like you because he has no problem brushing aside facts, logic and context to push a clickbait post/article. Thing is...he gets paid from that. What's your excuse?

Problem for Grant and why rational people don't take him seriously is because he's got absurd takes all the time and when they're wrong he pretends they never happened. I do wonder how much of that possible dynasty happens if they listened to Cohn and not drafted Nick Bosa like he wanted? Dude was out there trying to compare Bosa to Solomon Thomas because of their combine numbers and wrote an article how the 49ers should avoid the mistake of drafting Nick Bosa.

I don't think Chowder should go on a timeout. The article is posted on the Webzone front page. He didn't go digging for it on some random website. I know you don't want to rehash old news, but one it's offseason and two if ppl are linking articles posted on the webzone that should be fair game to debate. Now if we're pulling stuff from some random website or posting random thoughts from some twitter handle, then you can set the bar and punish us accordingly.

Cohn is just a click bait whore. He doesn't really know that much about the game beyond a superficial level, and he lacks the courage of his convictions. When Mac was playing it was all, "Oh, Mac should be starting he's better than Brock." Then Brock comes back and throws three picks in the Carolina game, but wins, and Cohn is, "See, Brock is terrible Mac should start." Then Brock is responsible for 10 TDs in two games and its. "Oh, Brock is great, he's a top 10 QB in this league." By the end of the year he was back to questioning whether or not Brock was the guy.

He called Alfred Collins a bust after his second or third game and then later on, said he was one of the team's best rookies. He called Mykel Williams a disappointment because he wasn't generating sacks, even though that wasn't what he was drafted to do. P.S., data shows that the team's run defense fell off a cliff after he got hurt and was actually at its strongest when Williams, Collins and West were on the field together.

All of his observations are based on what he sees in the moment. What he thinks is true one week, turns around 180 degrees the next week and then he uses other people's observations, usually without attribution, to add to his content. One of the most interesting videos Jonnydel did this year had him pointing out that almost half of the interceptions Mac and Brock threw this year were on throws to Juan Jennings. Do you think Kyle or John are EVER going to give him a sit-down interview the way they do with Maiocco or some of the other beat reporters, no, because he's too disrespectful of the team and its players, which means he will never have the chance to actually put Kyle or John's feet to the fire and ask them the kind of tough, legitimate questions that some of the longtime beat reporters won't. There would actually be value in that, but Cohn is too stupid and arrogant to have played that hand.

I don't read Cohn or many other blogs because they don't really report facts like they used to. In the current world these guys are just out to get views. They just try and be controversial so people will respond. That's their job now. That's what they get paid to do.

I believe they did go after Stafford but lost out. Not going for Brady for Jimmy was an epic fail. Bosa has won 1 DPOY. Cohn specializes in rage bait. He is a paid troll and honestly "journalism" and press credentialing needs to be gate kept. This troll lacks integrity and is a disgrace to sports journalism and Bay Area media should be embarrassed by his presence or at least legacy media. Despite all he says, which I did not read, the 49ers have been more successful under Shanahan and Lynch than all but 4 NFL teams. That means on average we have been a top 5 team under their leadership and as such we have amassed quite the Kyle Shanahan coaching tree since they have been here. The record, not Cohn, speaks for itself. Guys like him get paid to write about others far more successful at their jobs than he is at his own
