I'm sorry but you're just talking out of you know what with this. There is nothing to show that he's somehow falling behind. The guy is literally in the coach of the year conversations despite insane injuries on the team and you're claiming he's behind his peers.

When you keep throwing out wild and totally unfounded statements with nothing behind them but lots of words...there is nothing to your point in the first place.

Who are these new and upcoming peers who are leaping him? Please do tell us.

Nothing is more annoying than fans who don't really understand the game simply throwing things out there like it's just that simple. And I'm not even implying that I'm some X's and O's wizard...I'm not but I've followed this sport long enough to understand that defenses aren't going to magically stop playing well just cuz you put two players out there at the same position...

Here's your list to start:
1. Mcvay. 2. Sirianni both won sbs under kyles tenure here.

Now we go with younger teams with more potential.
1. Macdonald for obvious reasons (higher seed more talent outside of bp)
2.Vrabel higher seed younger more talent
3. Liam coen higher seed more talent

There's 5 right there that either won a SB or had a better record than shanahan (since everybody wants to count games other than winning the SB for shanahan)

This leaves off some other obvious candidates who are older in Reid, Peyton. That's 7 then you throw in the maybe guys at harbaugh, Ryan's, johnson.

Oh look now shanahans not even in the top 10 anymore.

6 years ago he was definitely top 3-5 now he's maybe top 12. He slips farther every year...

Folks can't keep s**t real. Complain about Greenlaw and Huff being gone, yet they couldn't stay on the field….then complaining about injured players. Lol

buddy acts like going to multiple SBs, NFCCs and taking a team that everyone thought was a sub .500 team to 12 wins and a playoff appearance is some s**tty thing isn't being serious with objective debating. They're simply hating and trying to cherry pick anything negative about Kyle all while contradicting themselves.

If they got out of their little Kyle hater club bubble they're understand how bad the coaching is in the NFL. Every yr it's like 6-10 teams looking for a new HC.

the takes are so f**king stupid in here. Bunch of whiny fans.

It's either trolling or an absurdly odd defense mechanism where they either win the SB and get the ultimate reward or they get to come up with some mental gymnastics why Shanahan sucks and can't win the big one...even though they were claiming this season would be a disaster cuz of Kyle back in training camp.
If the 9ers offered Kyle Shanahan to the Eagles Sirianni would be fired in a nanosecond.

Oh look more regular season celebrations. That's why Kyle's supporters think he's better than McVay. McVay beats him in the NFCC and follows it up with a SB. Kyle fans say Kyle is better because he beat him more times in the regular season…

A real coach like McVay wouldve told Tartt to catch the ball

Or maybe….

Maybe because they were unable to pick up 1 yard on 2 downs before that? It's a 3 point game. You don't make it and they're in FG range with like 2 first downs.

The fact that we were in that game with Elijah Mitchell as our RB1(how's he doing these days?) and a broken down Jimmy G at QB and going up against that Rams super squad and you're over here acting like that was a slam dunk decision to go for it...

You including Sirianni at 1 basically tells me what kind of argument you're attempting to make here.

I'm not going to bother responding in detail anymore. Not worth my time for such absurd thinking.

Crazy to think about what he could do with that roster.

Maybe SF should draft better lol.

Roseman is better no doubt about it. He coachproofed that roster in 2024.

this guys start every press conference with a laundry list of the latest players that are injured. and usually including at least one a week that will be out for the year.

all our answers to all our problems lie right there. until that changes they wont win the big game.

In other words, not Shanahan's fault.

Starts with talent acquisition and unfortunately Kyle and lynch haven't had issues with taking a chance on oft injured players over the 9 years here

Mcvay is gone as soon as Stafford back gives out.

McDonald hasn't done s**t at this point. He's gonna lose his OC this offseason and no one truly believes Sam isn't gonna turn back into a pumpkin at some point. More Geno Smith than anything.

The Pats beat what one team win an +.500 record?

Sirianni Is a glorified cheerleader.

anyone who doesn't think Kyle is a top 10 in this league is a f**king troll and shouldn't be taken serious with anything in here.
Already 20% of the league is looking for a new HC and there's probably gonna be more. Yet in here we have the same half dozen whiners saying our COTY candidate stinks lol. Ya'll are unserious and insufferable.

personally I don't think you deserve a HC like Kyle. IMO you should be banished to be NY fans.

Kyle's top 10 but he's slowly turning into the class of HC like M.Levey, M.Schottenheimer, D.Green. All good coaches but not "" enough to take your team all the way
