I've been secretly and desperately wishing for this because I believe the NFL is rigged lol. Question is whether an injured/underdog Niners team playing the SB at Levi's is a script the league cares about.

the last 3 games of the year suddenly look much more daunting than they did at the beginning of the year.

If the defense can get into the teens in the remaining games, we'll make a deep run.

We all remember the Ray Lewis game and the Andy Reid wins it all on a new team. I thought ours was the Mr irrelevant winning it all in his rookie season but we all know what happened in the NFCCG.

I don't know what the story is this year though.
They need to play Bourne again. Robinson sucks and Bourne was killing it when everyone else was out. Weird play.
I do miss seeing Bourne out there, he is so good

If it is rigged why do you watch it?

Because I enjoy watching my team play and I like the players on the team. Why do people watch other forms of entertainment?

True, but at the end of the day, the offense is still only averaging 22 PPG. You can't win with that when your defense is giving up almost a 25 point average.

Yeah all those teams are much improved. Going 1-2 in those games is my expectation.

Kinda agree. I think Goodell has some type of anti Niner gene in him. Maybe he spent a good portion of his childhood / professional career watching them bash his favorite team. There's alway something every year that he dos to sabotage them. I don't like the 'refs screwed is' excuse, but aside from that the way he always schedules us looks shifty with the long flight times or late bye weeks. Then remember the SB practice week players were complaining about the practice field and he did nothing to accommodate them. He just needs the 49ers to be relevant bc of the huge fan base and th revenue it creates but I'm convinced he does small things to make life miserable for this team.

Imagine the Niners making it to the SB this at Levi's as the visiting team. He will do everything in his power to prevent our team from using its own facilities and probably make us practice down south at Sofi just to be a sick.
Kyle deserves COTY if the 49ers make the postseason. What he has done despite the injuries is nothing short of miraculous. His best coaching job to date.

I think he had the advantage of having worked with Jones in New England. Brock never worked with him in training camp or OTA's and then got hurt the first game of the year and has been out a lot since then, so he may not feel he has the same kind of connection with him.
