I asked the question and nobody can give a name.
You can say fire KS but then the argument needs to add who his replacement is. Otherwise you are then trolling the new coach I am sure.

this team has gotten stale. Fans just get giggly with the Shanahan fireworks on offense. The guy is a ditz as a head coach. Didn't even bother going into hurry up mode until the game was practically over. Had a chance to maybe give him team a chance by kicking a FG before the 2 minute warning and leaving the defense 2 TOs and the warning to maybe miraculously get the ball back for a game tying TD.
All he's good at is drawing up plays but once you get him outside his playbook he's scatter brained and the team looks like a lump.
ppl need to move on. You can't sit on a coach to win SBs with THIS franchise. We are not the Browns or Lions. We have a championship pedigree and you guys are content with moral victories in the regular season
The team is 5-3 and missing the following starters in this last game
Offense:
QB1
WR1
WR2
C
LG
Defense:
Bosa
Huff
YGM(those 3 are out best pass rushers)
Warner
In game we lost Winters(LB2), Elliott(starting DT) and Sam O(arguably our best pass rushing edge remaining)
There is only so much you can lose before it's too tough to overcome and opponents matter.
It's incredibly dumb to want to replace a coach just to replace a coach. That's what you're advocating for. You have nothing real behind replacing Kyle just wanting a change cuz you think someone different will get it done.
We've had how many coaches since Seifert? How many won a SB?

Some people want change for change's sake. They would rather go 8-9 with [insert random new guy] than Shanahan.
I get it as it comes from frustration. I just don't think there's much wisdom behind it. But every once in a while a fanbase demands their pound of flesh, and won't shut up until they get it.
They got it in 2014. Now they want it again. Best of luck to them.

It's pretty clear by that the Kyle Derangement Syndrome posters are entrenched in their hatred for him. It's like a broken record. Same posts over and over no matter what, nothing will change that.

trade Kyle to some schmo franchise trying to sell tickets. He's never going to win a SB anyways might as well let him dazzle the fan with cute out routes to FBs.
guaranteed the above combo gets this team a title within 3 years.
Just hilarious stuff right here…
Get rid of Shanahan and bring in an OC running a TOTALLY different scheme. Brilliant.
Ulbrich has a job btw and DeMeco isn't going anywhere.
Must be nice to just throw out crap out there with nothing behind it.

We're not going to pawn off 2014 on the fans, lol. Had absolutely nothing to do with them.

How is Mike McDaniela running a totally different scheme ? He suffers from the same flaws as Kyle. Brilliant offensive mind, horrible head coach. The difference is McDaniels will come back as OC and brilliantly scheme plays up on the couch while Kyle is full of himself and will just ruin some other franchise's dream of winning a SB.

And thankfully I think York learned from that last situation.
If you ask anyone outside the building they all have praise for what Shanahan is doing this season. But no shocker we have the same old in here pulling their hair out yelling "I want him gone!"
They were doing it after the wins too so of course they're in here after a bad loss.
If you're replacing Shanahan then you may as will rip the whole team up. I know I don't want to see that. Even today with us sleepwalking out there early we were battling late. That's not a recipe for coaching change.

Fans don't make the decision in either scenario. But many fans felt Harbaugh had grown stale. There's a ton of familiar thinking in this thread.
Same thing with Mariucci in 2003.
The grass isn't always greener.
York isn't gonna make a change anyway, so it's all moot.

For me personally, I don't think coaches "win" superbowls; teams win superbowls, and good coaches put their team in a position to win a SB, which Kyle has done. He can only do so much, he's not out on the field making plays.
