At least let him get a rhythm for a whole drive or 2. You can still have CMC as a WR or lined up in the back field. His yards per carry are good and has had some decent runs. Just want to see what he can do

Really. Who they going to pay that will replace them? I seriously doubt they will be able to find a tackle that can replace Williams in the draft. They'll try but guys that good come along once every 3 or 4 years at best. Who are they going to replace CMC with? They probably aren't going to use a high draft pick on a RB. Both of those players came to the Niners via trades.

I'm surprised that fans are blaming the poor running on CMC. The blocking has been horrible and a lot has to do with injuries to the receiving corps. Kyle asks a lot from his receivers when it comes to blocking. Kittle is one of ther best run blockers in the NFL. There hasn't been any continuity in that area. Lot;s of different receivers. Jennings and Pearsall both have been in and out. Bourne just came back.

The injuries to the receiving corps has also allowed teams to focus on stopping the run. They can clog up the middle and force them to try and run wide where ther eis no blocking on the edges.

Doesn't matter. They are both way overpayed to the point you let them go.

They'll bring some scrubs in. They already spent a couple draft picks on gurrendo and James at RB.

They don't care about offensive line...

If playoffs were to start right now, we'd be the 2nd seed.

If the 49ers manage to win tonight it may be one of Kyle's best performances as a coach.

If we keep it competitive it will be one of our best performances… no pass rush, no running game, qb down and no one to throw to. Keeping it close will be a win for Kyle. Tall task.
