49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

That's the 1st hurdle. It will require Kyle swallowing his pride and Ego for the better of the team.

If he can do that, I'd give him another year with Trey as his starter to right the ship.

Make Kyle the OC and hire a GM and HC.

I'm blaming the coach/FO and the roster they've throwing out there.

Yeah you're right a collection of this on defense is great....

DJ/Norman/Mosely/Kirkpatrick/KW/TH/Wilson...this was probably one of the worst secondary's that was out on the field this Sunday.

We have two UDFAs next to Warner for LBers. One was a safety last yr.

Our DL, which is suppose to be our strength...has Bosa/AA and a bunch of guys that have either been cut previously, are UDFAs, or late day 3 picks. bunch of turds.

How is that a good roster? Who the f**k thinks Tom Compton (who's played guard most of his career) is a quality swing tackle? If not for Kyle that dude wouldn't be in the league right now.

What did we improve upon in the off season? We upgrade from bottom of the league at center to an over the hill Alex Mack? That's their big move lol? This was never a great roster overall...let alone a "super bowl roster" like some thought. It's a damn joke.

Didn't you rave about the OL in the offseason?

This

Hire Harbaugh as HC
If we are seriously ever moving on from this regime ( not for at least a couple of years imo)

Jed would need to fire everyone again, including Paraag.

Hire a legit GM and let him build it the way he sees fit. Done.

Jed and Paraag will always have their hand in the cookie jar.
According to the game 95.7, sermon has removed the niners from all his social media. Feels like shanny is losing the locker room.

Kyle and Harbaugh on the same team? Now that would be entertaining, especially, ego wise.
If I'm Jed I don't want to meddle like Jerry Jones but I'm on the phone with Kyle after the game on this one. We need to stop these punts in opposing territory. We need to stop these field goals to make the score look better.
Fire Shanahan banners will be flying over Levi's soon

3 things Kyle needs to do before next season to save this situation and his job:

1) Take a step back from player personnel decisions and bring in a top tier player evaluator.

2) Hire a better defensive coordinator.

3) Develop Trey Lance into the QB you thought he was when you drafted him or go get Aaron Rodgers somehow.

A "top tier" player evaluator will want his own coach.

To Trey, how about you focus less on social media and more on putting together a better week in practice than a 6th round pick from Louisiana Lafayette. If he was killing it in practice he would be seeing the field. Kyle has no bizarre axe to grind, he simply wants whoever gives the best chance to win out there. Right now that is not T. Sermon.

Who is this magic GM who will come in and fix everything?

Couple this with Aiyouk and shanny having words and it seems like shanny is handling the rooks wrong. He's rubbing guys the wrong way. Whats it gonna take? A few other rooks bailing on this coach to prove to the FO that this team has serious head coaching issues?

Doesn't take much for a coach to lose a locker room. If that happens, its a whole new ballgame.

You and me BABY!

I never said magic. It would be another rebuild...

I did hint that lets truly change it up this time though, and remove Paraag. I say this because i think a new GM would feel far more secure and have the authority they need to try and build a football operation.
Would Harbaugh even entertain coming back? This seems to be gaining traction. Someone has some inside info on Harbaugh?
