Yeah, penalties killed this game. Many were bogus but many were legit too. Kyle himself said he wished he'd called a different pass play. These games come down to discipline, turnovers, play calling and a game of inches when talent is so even.

This, and agree. I think we were the better team and had some unfortunate calls against us. The calls were certainly one-sided - there were a couple facemasks and holds the Raven's should've been called for...

Anyway, I walk away looking at our squad. We're 10 - 2, and the 2 losses were very close, and could've been wins. Going into this season, we did not think we would be this good.

In fact, one other point. The niners improved in many areas which were problem points in the Seahawks game. For ex. the receivers were making sure they caught the ball. I think we are looking at a team which is still improving and developing.

Yeah. I do not question the pass call.SSame with the seahawks SB loss.

What i question is not threatening the run. A sneak would not have worked but the threat would mske the Dline tighten up. And Under center, the D has to respect and honor a power run.

But in shotgun they should have run some PA. even a weak PA, could keep the DL from getting their hands up.

Follower never said it himself (why would he?), but his tweets especially following his recent marriage all but confirmed it was him.

That said, I'm glad he was gone. There are other who deserve it too but that's for another day.
