All this talk, we all know there won't be any big trade. We all just wish they would make a big splash.

Ballard just got fired too. The assistant GM got promoted to GM for the remainder of the season, so maybe the fire sale is on as they head into a complete rebuild.

The plan for Stribling was to have him understudy with Evans to eventually take over the X, spell Evans when he went out in 2026, and otherwise be another rotation option at the Y.

If there is a fire sale in Indy then give me Nelson or Buckner.

He's made plenty in the past, statistically the team is likely to do a trade.

although to your point I'm not certain it will be a big splash.

it's just common sense lynch has plenty he wants to win the ring bad as anyone and we are the best team in the NFL and our WR room is the entire circus right now watkins, cowing, cooks are not even hardly rosterable and we are playing them like they are the three amigos this has got to change now

The only good option I see is Downs from the Colts. But I wanna see how Kirk looks first. Jeudy is also a possibility, but idk if the Browns are really looking to trade him since they are winning games, and you never know how injuries play out for them.

I'm against bringing JJ back, bc we don't need another big body WR, with Evans, Stribs, and Robinson.

If I had to pick between DL and WR, I'm voting DL.

CMC, Emanuel Sander, Chase Young, Gregory.....Lynch has proven already that he is willing to make trades, but obviously you can't do that every year.

If the 49ers make a big trade for a receiver that is actually bad news IMO....that the team has serious injury concern about Evans. If they don't have longer term concerns (meaning longer than a few weeks) with Evans, I don't see a need to trade for a WR when Deebo, Stribling, Robinson, Kirk are all coming back.

Let's face it, Evans was never gonna last the season. He's played with lingering injuries for the last three seasons. We gotta take what we can get from him, I'm surprised he hasn't been in n out of the line up these past 6 games.

Let's face it, he missed time last season, but the two season before he got over 1000 yards and double digit TDs on each of those 2 seasons. It is ridiculous to say he was never gonna last the season.
We don't need a trade, we are 6-0 with a bunch of injured guys coming back this season.

While I can agree through the season - in order to run the gauntlet of the playoffs and win a SB it will take more.

Agree on the DLine squad. I have yet to really see James Thompson play. I think he can be better (or as good as) Sebastian.

It doesn't matter what he did two seasons ago. Shoot, it doesn't matter what any team did last season, like the Rams, look at them now?? All that matters is Evans will have lingering issues all season long.

If they trade for WR. It can not be a big bodied slower guy.
I was hoping with the Cowboys doing bad they could trade for Turpin( )
But i would rather they go get Dallas Goedert or a similar TE than a Jennings type.

He's more likely to win exec of the year than get fired.

How do you figure this when we are 6-0 right now?
