he has pending legal matters
I think that's why he hasn't signed yet

That price is too costly!!! If you're gonna give up a 1st round pick, do it for an edge rusher!!! The most I'd give up (NOW) is a 2nd round pick for a WR.

We have a gm that wastes 1st round picks. Using it in a proven WR at 26years old. Id do it if the jets would be willing to trade

Agreed.
We need another good quality receiver imo. This could be our year if we can make a trade or two.

who though?
you guys want another #1 WR, but who?
here's a list of teams with 2 losses or less and their top WR
* -- probably not available for trade
ATL -- London*
NO -- Olave*
TB -- Egbuka*
LAR -- Nacua* (and Adams is hurt)
ARZ -- already traded MHJ
PHI -- DeVonta Smith?
WAS -- McLaurin carted off tonight, Diggs?
DAL -- Pickens?
LAC -- McConkey?
TEN -- Tate*
HST -- Noel? Collins?
IND -- Downs?
MIA -- no one worth trading for
NYJ -- Wilson?
Wilson, Pickens and DeVonta have big contracts
the other guys aren't really all-in types
from that list Downs makes the most sense
but I'd rather keep the day 2 pick and roll with what we've got

Godwin and Jeudy are realistic options imo.

Evans will probably play vs ATL but be on a pitch count and come in for 3rd downs
Kirk will probably play and be a HUGE upgrade over Watkins and Cowing
Robinson will be back after the bye. Same with Deebo.
Stribling probably the week after the Raiders game.
We will just have to limp through a few games. I'm not worried at all

Chris Godwin might be available, doubt they would sell Ebuka

Kirk may or may not be an upgrade. He's had very little practice time with Purdy and Shanahan.
Robinson and Deebo will help, for sure.
Stribling won't be back until Seattle 11/29 at earliest.
They may be able to get by but there's definitely concern. The ATL came could be difficult without any WRs.
