I know it's early but this might be one of our best drafts in a bit.
I hope Jed is paying attention who's the mastermind behind the scenes. John knows how to lead, but if John ever leaves for TV.. Jed better promote someone and not try to get some splash hire. Needs to keep the scouts (consistent ones) together, don't be cheap. Match what ever you have to if it's a little bit more.

Money isn't everything for everyone; especially when you already have it. Lynch already answered this question before; he's an athlete and misses competition. Misses the win-loss records.
