So the current signings/trades that just happened answers your transparency concerns

Definitely helps to see FAs who want to work with Kyle and take a lesser deal. But it's all a combination of factors weighed subjectively, and these are just relevant data points.

From the article about Christian Kirk today, I thought it was interesting that he said there have been conversations about EMF concerns, but those conversations haven't been with the organization. I don't think conspiracy theorists are the only ones who are unsatisfied.
So this new news should answer all your concerns now, right?

No, it makes me wonder why those conversations have not happened with the organization. Someone earlier in the thread (might have been you) assumed the organization was transparently sharing their investigation and results with players and agents; this makes me question that.
What conversations?

-Not one FA didn't want to come here due the substation
-49ers hired scientists in case if there really is an issue, results are negative
-One FA even consulted someone outside of the Org on his due diligence and still signed to play here

the answer is pretty clear and it's debunked

The conversations Kirk mentioned, which he said did not involve the organization. I interpret that as either a lack of transparency on the part of the organization or a lack of trust in the organization in the minds of the players to even ask for transparency on this topic. It's still obviously on Kirk's mind, and it seems he did not get an answer to his satisfaction during or after his negotiation to come here.

We lack data re: decision making of other FAs, and you can't just claim that in support of your position by default.

why would that mean lack of trust?

I trust and believe my doctors but still research stuff outside of them

Trust isn't all or nothing. And he said the organization wasn't involved in the conversation, so it's not like trust-but-verify. They just flat out didn't talk about it.
So you were there and can prove nothing was said between the two parties ?

I mean you can discount the man's words if you want. Just working with what was reported.
You're not working with what's reported is the issue, you're adding nonsense because you want it to be true when it's not.

I don't understand why you want it to be some big conspiracy

"There has been conversations—not with the organization," Kirk said on the In Good Company with Mitch Morse podcast.

Going to leave you to it.

At some point, maybe you'll add something to the conversation instead of just empty, vapid assertions. When you're ready to contribute more than one-liners, we can continue.
