Say what you will about our management (and I agree drafting has been rough, substations melting our players) but there is something to say about the culture here where former players show up on the sidelines of playoff games to support us, former players are glad to return, etc.
We take it for granted as fans but stuff like this is not easy to create/develop

FO and coaching is given an A by players
I also honestly think fans underestimate draft the drafts have been good not bad but not great. I think every team complains about their draft for most part. The biggest whiff was the TRey Lance where they have up so many picks so it just seems worse

The only top rated tackle left is Rasheed Walker I think anyway, not sure Taylor Decker is still unsigned, I don't think any really good Center's are left, no one outside of Linderbaum were a huge upgrade, I know Fortner signed somewhere, other than that idk.
