Probably, that doesn't mean he would make them SB contenders / champions.

This team was a dumpster fire of s**t before Kyle showed up.

Ben Johnson is doing a more impressive job in his first year as HC.

The Bears already had a #1 overall QB who went through his rookie season, a Pro Bowl running back, a good tight end (Kmet), a good WR (Moore), a Pro Bowl linebacker and a Pro Bowl edge rusher.

We had Buckner and Staley.

Come on.

And they were all awful, particularly Caleb, until Ben Johnson took over.

Agree about some being way too emotional.

The only thing about this is that there are two different expectations from the NYJ to SF.

Just like there is with the say the SD Padres vs Yankees, Celtics vs WSH Bullets etc.

Disagree with football, unlike basketball and baseball it's a hard cap. Everyone gets the same amount of cap space to build their team. The commanders went from the 2nd worst team to the NFCC in one yr.

It's also another reason why draft picks matter so much more in football…cheap labor and you get guys that play meaningful snaps in the first yr from the 1st rd to the 7th rd all the time. Not like that in any other sport.

The bears haven't beaten a team with a winning record yet and their PPG is higher because they scored a bunch of points against the two worst defenses in the league (Dallas and the bengals).

It happens in baseball. You have guys on rookie contracts producing and contributing all the time. I remember Bumgarner helping the Giants win World Series and then going to Arizona to cash-in on his success. Happens all the time in baseball. Cheap labor.

Anyway, the point is the mentality and expectations of a fan base. It is faulty for you to say that NYJ fans would love Kyle and Lynch. Of course they would and so would the Browns fan base etc. They've done a good job. A great job would be being crowned champions. That's the difference.

Most of this franchise' fan base for the obvious reasons is not satisfied just competing, neither is Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Dallas & Giants to a certain extent now, and New England. Just different expectations. These franchises would suffer dearly having empty stadiums etc.

Very different expectations. It's like being born and living in the United States to being born and living in Cambodia (no offense to Cambodians) for example.

So TLDR is we have a lot of spoiled fans like spoiled children screaming bloody murder in target cause they didn't get what they want.

anyone being objective would agree overall they've done a hell of a job…folks get all emotional in the moment and there's a couple unserious posters in here.

it's funny how winning ONE more game makes Kyle and Co untouchable and losing ONE game makes them s**t….Like I I said very unserious and emotional based thoughts.

Yeah... I'm not buying that

Plenty of fans around the NFL view Kyle as a choke artist.

But, hey, at least he's the best young offensive mind in football

I mean you've admitted you don't watch the games and come here just to stir the pot, so not sure how anyone can take what his say seriously

Read it.

Some cry about everything. In this instance something needed to be attempted for those guys in the locker room that sacrifice themselves every day and Sundays. Not something major but at least a signal that hey we have your back.

If you would like to be taken seriously, you need to post a link to that assertion. We will wait.

Trying to bait the mods into giving me a timeout without any evidence?

What a dick move, Hoov! I expected more from you.

Let's do the next: if you show me any evidence I've ever said that, I'll ban myself from the forum for three months, but if you fail to do so, you'll stop posting here for the same period of time. What do you say?

I'd love to see if Bills fans talk like this about McDermott.

Has McDermott lost two SB leads?

Blowing a playoff lead in 11 seconds is worth 3 SBs
