That's fine. Both injured and may never be the same. As instinctive as Hufanga is he is slow on the backend in coverage. Greenlaw may never be the same and struggled getting into form this year. Probably unfair and he will be better next year. But his injury was serious and he may not have the same speed, explosiveness and durability anymore. We need to replace both and I'm fine with that. Get younger, faster and more healthy at those positions.

What part of that 1 1/2 game he played did he look to be struggling to regain his form and speed?

I just told you he had a serious injury, he's not healthy, not durable, questionable for the future if he can hold up. He literally had to get pulled from the starting lineup because he's not ready. Not in form. What's hard to understand about that? He may never be the same. Some people never recover from achilles tendon injuries. Not fully anyway.

Jfc you are so full of s**t. Pathetic l
I think we will get back to drafting D- lineman in the first round. Prioritizing the defensive front makes a lot of sense, since this is where we had success in the past.

But then again we have never prioritized the offensive line. We have no idea what Kyle's offense looks like with a top-notch offensive line.

Not saying we shouldn't upgrade, but what would be different than our year in 2022/23

Yah I don't see Brady doing the 9ers any favors. And I doubt he has more say than Mark Davis.

You really need to check the trades recently. Nobody giving up 3 1sts for a guy making as much as Maxx is and him not being a QB.

I don't recall a trade with more compensation than what Watson got - at the time an elite QB at 26 years old.

I'd love to have Crosby here but we also badly need cheap young talent and depth.

Brady would do what's best for the Raiders and not let a bias against SF like Davis has get in the way. No favors, but no roadblocks either.

yeah Brady could blow everything up and start fresh. His Job isn't on the line like a coach or GM

I hear you and while there is a good chance once of the two top OT are there at 11 nobody seems too high on anyone aside Campbell. I am not sure Banks makes sense at 11 when the next 6 guys could be just as good etc. The value is on defense as there are some really good players at the top and the depth for DL and secondary is great this year. I still think pick 11 is BPA and then we can eye need a bit more in the 2nd on.

I keep reading Zabel and Mbow would make very good centers in short time. I'd take one of them in round 2 or 3 (probably too late).

I've looked at a few simulators and I feel like FA should be used to upgrade the o line. Then the draft could be used to overhaul the defense big time.

That being said we never know how the draft will unfold so many of the offensive prospect may fall right into our laps etc.

It's not about favors, it's about business.
