Nobody denying Torrey was a class act but he didn't produce, at the end of the day you want someone at your job that is a good people person but sucks at his job and brining down the business or you want someone that's gonna get the job done

If I were Torrey, I would sign for less with contenders only.

There are times when doing the right thing for a player helps the team's reputation immensely. FAs already have a different view of the 49ers with Shanahan as HC, now they see they allowed a veteran go to find his own best deal and may be even more impressed.

Don't think a guy who is a pure deep threat has much of a role within the offense. I think you will see them bring in a few bigger bodies and receivers that excel as route runners and blockers.

someone in the draft. within a month lynch has already proved he is pretty smart....he wouldnt have cut torrey if he didnt have a plan
