Do they still belong to the group of teams that have scouts in common? Of course, this could be a disaster or it could be a great move...we'll have to see. Hopefully we will have a scout who recognizes quality WRs.

I think the lack of great QB play coincides with the perceived inability to draft WR over the years. I think Quinton Patton would be looked at differently if he was on the Patriots. I mean, Hogan was originally ours..
So we for a 4th comp pick nice!

I cnst believe how many 3rd rd comp picks were giving out...something like 11 that is gonna make things harder far as think players are gonna drop in the 4th, 11 extra pick is rough.

This is what I have so far...not sure if 100% accurate. As usual, a ton from the 4th round on.

1. First round: Own pick, No. 2 overall - X
2. Second round: Own pick, No. 34 overall - X
3. Third round: Own pick, No. 66 overall - X
4. Fourth round: Own pick, No. 102 overall - X
5. Fourth round: Compensatory, No. 143 overall - X
6. Fifth round: Own pick, No. 147 overall - X
7. Fifth round: From Washington, No. 162 overall - X
8. Sixth round: Own pick, No. 188 overall - X
9. Sixth round: From Denver, No. 206 overall - X
10. Seventh round: Own pick, No. 224 overall - X
11. Seventh round: From Cleveland, No. 225 overall - X

I think we should try to add even more by trading Bethea if we can. More ammunition to move up and select impact players.

I'd only make trades where the move us up...not for picks to then use to try and move up. Bethea and a 6th and 7th for a 4th or 5th for instance.

Good call...I'd consider Brooks for a 3-4 team and Brock as well.

I don't think there is any team who would want to take on Brooks' almost 9 mill hit for one year. More likely cut than traded for him. Brock on the other hand I think we could get something for, probably a 6th round pick or so.
Dont forget, we cannot trade comp picks

As far as I know

IIRC AB noted that Brooks salary is down to like $2.5M d/t not meeting performance guarantees.

Edit: found it in my own thread. lol

Ahmad Brooks's salary de-escalating from $6.95M to $4.45M, $2.5M savings
