Do you believe Carlos Hyde is our long term solution at running back?

The problem with this question and others is that by the time we are a competitive/great team again, none of the current players on our roster will be worth a damn. Hyde included.
I don't think he is cut out to be a featured back but could be the lead back in a tandem situation. The 49ers need a back to compliment him.

Wow, they can't all get paid... telling you guys, if Chip is allowed to get toys through FA and draft, he's staying.

Mike Davis is the key here really. We need someone to allow Hyde to play his game without saying if Carlos is out we're effed.

If Chips here next year they should try to swing a deal for Devonta Freeman from Atlanta
Hyde is a good back but not in chips offense he doesn't fit the mold. Need a faster more agile back in chips offense who can catch and burn linebackers with their speed

as usual, Baalke supporters hyped up the drafting of CARLOS HURT.. he was never that much of a player at Ohio State, and as bad a year to draft a RB when he came out, Baalke used a 2nd rounder on him..

of course, every FOLLOWERS got so excited that it even went as far as he's the next Frank Gore...

Well, hate to say " told you so once again ", I didn't give him that name HURT for nothing..

u see, it's either he's hurtin or the fans are hurtin waiting for him to be THAT RB.. .
Not if he can't stay healthy or be more consistent
He is...so long as they get him a solid #2 who can help keep him healthy. I think DuJuan Harris can be in the mix, but they need another good-sized RB who can spell Hyde and minimize his hits.
Who's genius idea was it to let go of Frank Gore?

I'm also getting tired of his injury prone ass. I was hoping Mike Davis would be that RB to supplant Hyde but nope, not even close.
I thought he was having a good year until he got hurt. Nobody respects our passing game.
