Strong pushes up the gut is exactly what led to him getting destroyed in the SB. He couldn't step up and at times had to even drop deeper and Miller and Ware were waiting with open arms

Establishing the pass is going to be really important early on in this game. Carolina is going to stack the line, essentially negating our rush. So it's imperative that Gabbert finds the soft spots behind Carolina's line and gets first downs. Then the front will start to crack for Hyde to bust through. If we come out and score a TD on our opening drive, that will be huge.

. As aggressive they are going to be, even if the niners lose, the D should make some plays.
