Do we lack talent or continuity?

Bellicheck could come in as hc and we still wouldn't be making the playoffs, we need more talent... that talent needs to play together so the answer is both
I would say this forum used to lack polls but now we are catching up.

The talent is baalked up.
not sure why people are picking both.

When harbaugh and company came in, we had no continuity in terms of coaches yet we went 13-3 because we HAD the TALENT on our team to do so..

We didnt have talent at our coaching position last year, and we have lost talent on our roster. Continuity isnt the problem, its talent.

I agree talent is the big issue, but continuity is lacking as well. We're on our 3rd coaching staff in 3 years.
🔘 Competent ownership

nah
Both. But i always say good chemistry and discipline beats good talent.
I don't think we are as far off in the overall team talent department as some think. It just happens to be worse at QB, OLB and WR which are premium positions this day and age.

Being a very young team is a double edged sword, it's good to have less miles on guys but the experience is minimal.

agreed we have talent now but were young we are ver weak in certain areas though

i think we are 2 drafts away from being a solid playoff team
I don't think we are all that talent deficient. We don't have a roster full of proven vets but we have a lot of guys I really like, except the fact that they are young and unproven. I just want to see progress. I will be happy with that.

Disagree. Belichik would have this team in the playoffs this season. Probably last season too.
