I haven't heard of it either, but I made a comment to my friend asking if Kaep converted to Islam. It looked liked he hadn't got a haircut or had a meal(fasted) in a while when I first saw him during training camp. Then he told me he went vegan and I left it at that.

But, why would Baalke cut Kaep now, when he coulda cut him back in March before giving him the huge roster bonus.. that's the 1st mistake he'd like to take back..

Some that follow Ramadan. Fasting is one of the big sacrifice and other physical things go on a hault for a month. It's a spiritual cleanse or a reset for Muslim religion. We had a LB that fasted before training camp before.

Veganism is not part of any mainstream Islamic belief that I have heard of.
