Yeah they may all be pretty far fetched but within the realm of possibility. I really do feel that Brock is going to have stiff competition.

Lots of youth there. It wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibility to see someone emerge but it's hard to see them letting go of Brock, their most experienced corner at this point. With so much youth all over the place, especially on the defense, Brock is the only established player at this juncture with the corners. Already young and unproven, I doubt they try to go more young and unproven. O'Neil afterall asks alot out of his secondaries. I like the fortitude on your projections though.

Garrison Smith had a nice TC / Preseason last year. Has potential to provide depth at NT.

Redman being our slot
Eric Rogers being our number 2 with 7 tds

Not wanting to appear as a noob smart alec, but how the Thad Lewis going?

Darren Lake- looks real good, almost good enough to make the team but ends up a top priority PS guy.

Dres Anderson/ makes the team and ends up dressing to start week 1

Rashard Robinson- absolutely makes the team and ends up getting on the field earlier then escorted

Kelvin Taylor- will be one of the top 3 NFL pre season rushing yds leader and contributes this year. I see some Frank Gore in him.

Marcus Rush- beats out Lemonoire and makes the team

Bruce Ellington- 50-60 catches, 800yds, 6-8 TD's this year

All of these are in the realm of possibility. I want Rush to succed just because of his name. I mean C'mon.

Bruce Ellington will be the leading wr this year

Quinton Patton - NO ONE is talking about this guy. This is a critical year for Q and Ellington.

Deandre Smelter - Everyone is talking about Eric Rogers, this kid has similar size and is a similar player.

Kenneth Acker - I think played well last year. This kid is still young, and people are counting him out of the rotation. He's a football player.

Hodges/Armstrong - It's going to be a toss up between these two. BOTH are more than capable and are very athletic. They are not Pat Willis, but they have the athleticism to fill in nicely next to Bow.

ON THE BUBBLE - - - - Bryce Treggs - This kid was a beast coming out of Bosco before starting his career at Cal. Not because we have many mutual friends, but something didn't click at Cal, but he has the potential to make it in the NFL. KR/PR/WR (DESEAN JACKSON upside)

I think Purcell will shock people and take that NG spot to be the day 1 starter. We got run all over with Dial there, and I don't see Dial starting over Buckner or Armstead.
