Who gets traded before the season

Who do we have right now that replaces Kap? Thad? Dillan? Driskel? Please. And no is going to trade for a 13mil dollar backup QB unless their starter gets hurt for a long time.

I think the Lewis signing was a "just in case" signing, meaning just in case they trade Kap they have Lewis to back up Gabbert. They signed him for dirt cheap so no harm no foul.

I think Dontae Johnson played good enough to nail down on of the jobs at Corner. And I also think Baalke wanted to add some size to the position with the attempts to sign Sean smith and Josh Norman. So I think that leaves the injury prone Brock hanging out to dry, especially now that Jimmie Ward stepped up his game. I think the Corners will look something like:

Dontae Johnson
Jimmie Ward
Will Redmond
Rashard Robinson
Kenneth Acker

Jimmie Ward will possibly allow them to save a roster spot since he can play both CB and Safety.

Bethea, Brooks & Brock would be my best guess to be on the move sooner than later

Bethea is my top candidate. Ward is coming back to safety and we also have Tartt and Reid so it would make sense to trade or cut the oldest and most expensive guy.

Brooks is also a candidate if Baalke wants Blair to play OLB.

Brock maybe traded because we have lots of CBs.

Vance McDonald is also an option but I don't know if anyone is going to give anything for him.

That makes sense to me. Him having knowledge of the offense is what I was trying to figure out and have make sense in the scheme of things.

bethea is going no where in my opinion. neither is brooks as we need all the good pass rushers we can get. if miller can not cut it as a tight end then maybe we ship him to some fullback needy team for a 7th or if we are lucky a 6th.
