Anything is better than the Yorks. Even an Oligarch who robbed the country blind mostly under Yeltsin. Through all their gangster connections. Then left the population starving.

I don't think we'd see a difference. He'd probably want to win like the Yorks but has no idea how and would end up making rash decisions that send our franchise backwards like the Yorks.
