Sure that sounds helpful. What would you spend on these guys?
Wouldn't over pay. But with 60 mil under cap it shouldn't be a problem

I don't understand what they are waiting for. I doubt all that cap space will be sucked up by draft pics.

Only a few contracts I'd be content with, specifically the deals to Brandon Brooks (5yrs/$8per), and Jeff Allen (4yrs/$7per). Good, young players at a position of need. Then again, they might demand more to play for the 49ers. I'm fine with the 49ers not overpaying for the other FAs since they aren't close to contending. The only 'foundation' player I see is Malik Jackson and he was paid an absurd amount. I'm giving a C, but the grade will change because FA isn't over.

I don't even want to think about this, but i sure hope in playing footsie with denver, cleve, trent didn't get too cute by half and manage to take a potential deal and screw it up. Right now i am hoping what he HAS done is put denver and cleve in a box where they have to have kap....and when you think about it, Hue could become a star if he took kap in, coached him up as best he can and then has kap suddenly playing football again. That is the quickest way to stardom i can see for HUE, and he knows the story in cleve. One and done, two and out, rarely 3 yrs. If he got kap cooking, he could cement his position there for some time. To me that is THE place for kap and HUE...The poor lames over in cleve tho, have picked a QB in the top 3 of the last 3 drafts...or something crazy like that.

So an "A" to you would mean overspending on a weak free agent class?

He was already a 49er, and our team sucked balls last year. Hard to get excited about simply resigning a player that was already on your team to begin with..

Thad Lewis, not even f**king RG3, but Thad Lewis! LOL! And all we can get for Kap is a third round pick and we haven't even done that yet. Missed on Sean Smith. Baalke f**king sucks.
