I don't know about his coaching but I remember him as a hard nosed player who made the big play.

I was hoping P. Willis would consider coaching, but Nickerson will do.

That's different. Kelly IS the OC so for him, it was more about finding the right pieces to fit his ideal.
DC? The DC is going to essentially manage his own staff/team and that side of the ball.
