This is a serious candidate for the head coaching job. This guy is highly thought of an Jed has built a rep in hiring young people in the company in general. JD is also a very good QB coach. Everyone raves about him. Heck look what he did with that raging alchoholic Manzeil. This guy could suprise us all an get this job. I think Kelly would be threatened to have him as his OC knowing he could be replaced if the Niners had to.

Probably because this guy is up high on their HC candidate's lists? The Falcons sat down with Kyle Shanahan last year, having the full intention to hire Quinn. The result was a Quinn and Shanahan package deal.
With him having an OC interview with the Rams on Monday, getting some early face time can't hurt.

No he isn't. He's a promising young assistant with a good offensive mind but he has a total of 1 year as an OC. His ties with Chip Kelly as well as the Raiders make him a potential OC candidate for either Kelly or Hue.
